Trainee Sales Progressor

Job Summary:
As a Trainee Sales Progressor, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and oversee the progression of property sales from the point of offer acceptance to completion. You will work closely with clients, other estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient process, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer Acceptance to Completion Management:
Coordinate and manage the progression of property sales from the acceptance of the offer to completion.
Liaise with buyers, sellers, estate agents, and solicitors to obtain necessary information and documentation.
Communication:
Maintain regular and effective communication with all parties involved in the sales process.
Provide updates to clients, estate agents, and solicitors on the progress of transactions.
Handle queries and resolve issues promptly to prevent delays.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise during the sales progression.
Collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions and keep the process on track.
Client Support:
Provide support and guidance to clients, answering their queries and keeping them informed about the progress of their property transaction.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.

Knowledge of the UK property market and sales process is advantageous.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with flexibility required during busy periods, holiday cover and sickness cover.
