We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual ready to embark on their first sales journey. Joining as a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor, you will be a vital part of the Sales Team, providing top-notch customer service and generating valuable leads.
This position is perfect for those eager to make their mark in a sales environment. We are committed to nurturing talent, offering opportunities for progression into Sales Representative or Transport roles for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting transport checks
- Informing customers about deliveries
- Processing customer purchase orders
- Generating new tenders
- Sending out introduction letters and merchandise
- Collating management information for reporting
- Identifying new companies (“Black Books”)
- Coordinating supplier and customer meetings for Sales Representatives
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Have a drive to reach success
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Is well organised with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in outbound calls or a similar sales/customer service role would be beneficial but not essential
