TRAINEE SHIPPING ADMINISTRATOR 
HOUNSLOW
Salary £19,000 + fantastic bonus structure 

Our client is looking for a Shipping Administrator who will be will be part of a team within the department responsible for direct interaction with internal and external customers. 
About the Shipping Administrator Role:
•    To arrange/submit Clearance of all imports
•    To file all Customs Declarations from Couriers export dispatches on the internal system. 
•    To raise and submit export freight quotations when required via Air / Road / Sea 
•    To Track and update Sales Coordinator on courier shipment discrepancies for Export & Imports  
•    To Chase all Customs Documents for Import & Export
•    To prepare and process all aspects of export documentation from dispatch to shipping of the goods.

Skills required for the Shipping Administrator: 
•    PC  skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams and Outlook 
•    Excellent Customer Service skills 
•    Organised and able to multi-task 
•    Good communicator  
•    Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Eye for detail 
•    Ability to understand priorities and work to strict deadlines 
•    Good Team player and  able to work on own initiative  
•    Problem solving skills 
•    Good interpersonal skills 
•    Good Time Management skills 
•    Ability to Learn
