Salary- £24,500 per annum
- 7.30am - 4pm, Monday – Friday [30 mins lunch]
- No weekends or overtime required
- Vehicle provided (can be used for commuting but not personal miles)
- Immediate start is available
About the role
- Visiting sites and inspecting houses in readiness for fitting flooring
- Measuring and recording the dimension of rooms
- Completing pre-fitting site inspection survey
- Obtaining sign offs for works completed for invoicing
- Flexible to step in and support Warehouse Manager with the safe and efficient running of the Warehouse operation.
The right candidate
- A full clean UK manual driving licence
- Good basic IT skills and an aptitude to use an iPad and laser measuring device (training can be provided)
- Excellent communication and people skills; able to communicate on the phone and face to face with office staff, site staff, fitters, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Previous experience in a similar role – floor fitting, surveying, maintenance etc
