SalaryThis is an unbelievable opportunity if you are looking to develop a career in Sales. The client is a leading provider of software throughout the world and due to huge growth and success they are looking to take on an additional 2 trainees in their sales department.
You will be in office m-f 9-5 taking part in what they call their graduate training programme which will involve loads of training and understanding of the product.
You will start on a 20k basic salary and earn £20 per appointment along with £ 200 for every deal that the sales exec closes. After 6 months you will move into your next role of development with similiar if not improved bonus along with a 25k basic salary and then after 12 months your salary will increase to £30k with bonus earning you in excess of 40k per annum. Your career will be tracked and the company has a clear path for you to move into field sales with co car basic salary in excess of 80k with an 150k earning potential.
NB sales is not for everyone this role after training will see you experience the highest of highs but it can be tough also with lots of rejection etc. We have mentioned grad programme basically as a result of the software taking quite a bit of time to learn and understand and individuals should have a certain level of intelligence to succeed.
