AddressOur client requires a Trainee Solicitor within Conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage their work efficiently.
Duties:
- Draft standard documents/emails/missives
- Examine title sheets.
- Order searches.
- Submit registration forms and LBTT returns.
- Organising and maintaining case files for sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Liaising with clients in a polite, friendly, and caring manner
- Conducting due diligence
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Completed Diploma in Professional Legal Practice
- Some knowledge of conveyancing procedures
