Agriculture is at the heart of BHC, and due to continuous expansion within the sector we are looking for an individual to join our team as a Trainee Steel Detailer to join our busy design office. The role includes detailing structural steel, cladding and concrete works using the industry leading structural detailing software Tekla. It would be advantageous if candidates could demonstrate the following skills:
- A team player who is a confident communicator with all members of staff
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
- Basic understanding of steel structures and basic design principles in both civil and structural engineering
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to adhere to strict deadlines on a daily / weekly basis
Full Tekla software training will be provided.
