This is a fast paced, innovative & tenacious boutique property advisory, working with commercial occupiers & landlords on their respective real estate strategies - with a special focus on Central London Office Space and a progressive intention to expand regionally.
Being one of the most active advisories throughout the pandemic they are now looking to scale their operations over the coming 3 years. The aim is to create teams of specialists to define the disciplines as they develop over the next 3 years and beyond.
The opportunity
We are looking for a graduate / intern to support our commercial property surveying team. This would be an ideal role for someone looking to pursue a career in general practice surveying with a view to reaching a fee-earning position in the business.
About You
- You will need to show initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit, be tech savvy and able to support all surveying aspects of the business.
- You should also have a genuine interest in the property industry and a strong desire to learn from the outstanding team they will be supporting.

Responsibilities
This role will include the following responsibilities (but is not limited to):
- Assist with pitch presentations for new and existing clients on the services we provide
- Assist in the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
- Assisting and supporting senior members of staff with larger instructions
- Assisting in the production of quarterly market reports
- Assist and attend market networking events.
- Attend all internal training sessions
- Assisting with updating of CRM system
- Supporting with schedules for the team
- Shadowing viewings on acquisitions and disposals with other members of the team
- Assisting in developing timelines, cashflows, heads of terms, terms of business and pitch documentation as part of the learning process
- Show initiative and come up with new ideas
Minimum/desired requirements:
- A keen industry interest in property / surveying
- Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
