Join us and embark on a journey to become an expert in wheel restoration and enhancement techniques within the renowned BMW brand. Based in our busy, premium dealership this is a great opportunity to be a part of an excellent modern, “family feel" working environment.
Hours: 45 hours Monday – Friday
Salary: £27,000
What you will be doing:
- Learn and develop skills in Wheel Refurbishment techniques under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Assist in the inspection, preparation, and refurbishment of alloy wheels to BMW standards.
- Gain hands-on experience in processes such as Aquablasting, Diamond cutting and painting.
- Follow safety protocols and quality assurance procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiasm for automotive technology and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of mechanical tools and equipment (training will be provided).
