Calderdale College is looking to recruit appropriately qualified and experienced individual to work in the Work Based Learning team with apprentices to deliver & assess apprenticeship standards in property maintenance, joinery & brick both in the classroom, on site & in the construction workshops, to ensure timely achievements. As a Trainer Assessor you will work closely with the Team Leader and the wider college services to ensure the needs of the apprentices are being met. The individual appointed will be self -motivated and focused individual who works effectively as part of a team
The main purpose of the role is to deliver & assess a range of construction skills to apprentices and to ensure they develop the knowledge, skills & behaviours required to successfully achieve their apprenticeship standard through high quality teaching, learning and assessment.
The role requires a highly qualified and experienced individual who can demonstrate success in previous roles. This individual will also be able to demonstrate and provide an exemplary role model to their apprentices.
