Training Administrator

Working within the Training Sales and Administration team, your main responsibilities will be scheduling training courses, effectively managing our trainer diaries and the administration of course materials to ensure compliance.Key Responsibilities Scheduling Customer Training Courses Nationally.Efficient management of Trainer diaries.Liaising with operational teams across national training location to prepare the relevant equipment for training.Ensure Training course materials are updated and compliant.Process delegate information for course bookings and the certification upon completion as appropriate. Pass & complete delegates once course has taken place.Ensure that customer enquiries are managed efficiently.What We’re Looking For Experience providing excellent customer service and administration supportOutstanding people skills, along with excellent written and verbal communicationSuperb time management skills and organisationUse of MS OfficeWhat We Can Offer You25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company PensionLife Assurance coverMonday-Friday working hours (no weekends)Save As You Earn SchemeCycle to work scheme Free on site parkingFree Tool HireTraining & Development OpportunitiesRegular Discounts (eg.
