Location: London/Bristol/Southport/Glasgow/Belfast - Travel is expected and expenses paid with prior approval.
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £400 per day

The role:
A Central Government Institution are seeking Training Administrators, to work within a Training Team, responsible for coordinating all training for staff within a project unit.
This is an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £400 per day (Inside IR35) and requiring a minimum of CTC Clearance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a spreadsheet of all staff and their training completion records.
- Issue training invitations across the unit including any external members and act as a point of contact for an issue relating to the scheduling of the course.
- Log all requests for additional training needs if required.
- Coordinating attendance of staff in specific training locations.
- Support the scheduling of training courses and allocating of trainers to set courses.
- Working with the venue management to ensure effective roll out of agreed services.
- Ensure reasonable adjustment requests are assessed and actioned.
- Maintaining the team diary to accurately reflect Real Time current and scheduled availability and commitments.
- Liaison with the Training Provider to ensure they have accurate details of attendees before and during courses.
- Assisting with the preparation and reconciliation of training completions, part completions and non-attendance
- Working in collaboration with, and providing administrative support to the team.
- Liaise with internal and external partners to meet joint objectives.
- Oversee the mailboxes for team enquiries from staff.
