Duties for the Training Administrator:
- Administration of documentation process and its respective controls, i.e. Generating estimates, invoices and follow up paperwork.
- Responsible for Training i.e. finding locality of trainer, booking courses and associated materials.
- Continual development of relationships
- Resolve customer complaints or queries directly, quickly and professionally.
- Liaise with team members including Coordinators, Technical Services, Finance, Sales and Parts Teams
- Ensure department KPI's and deadlines are met.
- Attend regional trainer meeting and support with scheduling and administration.
- Maintain 3rd party record keeping with Instructors to book and co-ordinate courses.
- Support regional Service / HSE managers with supplier and vendor compliance.
- Work with regional managers / supervisors to schedule and co-ordinate inspections, calibrations and record keeping.
- Work flexibly to perform any other duties and support other areas within the technical services department
- Experience within a customer service environment
- Proven track record in customer support to both internal and external customers
- Proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload.
- Strong administration experience
- Proven experience with multiple systems
- Competent with all mainstream PC applications
- Willingness to travel to regional meetings (less than 10% of time)
