Training And Compliance Lead

You will shape a learning strategy from inception to implementation and create plans from a learning needs analysis. As well as the strategy you will coach and support the teams to align the learning agenda to the business needs.
What's needed

• Previous experience working in FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in similar training role
• Ability to motivate and encourage staff
• Great organisational and a planning skills
• Experience using Training and learning management systems
• Ability to keep up to date with the latest Training and learning trends
• Generate training plans and materials
• Be audit ready and support Operational teams with the necessary Training and assignment plans
