What you will be doing...
Responsible for providing a highly efficient and professional Meet & Greet reception service to all Jet2.com, Jet2holidays Colleagues, Contractor and Visitors to the Training Centre encapsulating our ‘Take Me There; values.
Ensuring a smooth and professional operation of the reception area and ensuring every Colleague/Visitor/Contractor has a positive experience on site in line with our infamous Jet2.com customer service policy.
This role is a shared role, AM and PM shift patterns, alternating on weekly basis covering the hours of 07:00-13:00 and 13:00-19:00.
What will you do in the role?
The Training Centre Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining an open channel of communication with other receptionist colleagues and ensuring that the handover of information is provided to a high standard in relation to the shared tasks, promoting the ‘Work As One Team’ value.
- Ensuring all calls are handled in the appropriate manner
- Receive and welcome all Visitors/Colleagues and Contractors in the appropriate manner
- Monitoring and coordination of building security systems, fire alarm testing and First Aid requirements
- Operation and development of processes required to ensure the smooth functioning of the Training Centre reception and the Jet2.comTraining Centre
- Coordination and completion of stock replenishment and weekly tests and checks that will be split accordingly between the AM and PM shift patterns
- Coordinate with other departments across Jet2.com to ensure the Jet2.comTraining Centre is fully functional on a daily basis
What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of office administration and reception duties. Previous experience of working within a process driven and administration environment is preferrable but not essential.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Professional and friendly
- Work effectively as part of a team but also on an individual basis
- You will be naturally inclined to help and assist others imparting our ‘Happy to Help’ ethos
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
