We have an exciting opening for a Training Coordinator in Wallsend, with an immediate start and potential for a permanent position.
Position Details:
Full-time role, Monday to Friday (exact hours to be confirmed).
42 hours per week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Role Overview:
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks. This multifaceted position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and a knack for problem-solving and project management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling and coordinating training requests.
- Managing and updating the company's training program.
- Monitoring training expiration and renewal dates as per the company's training program.
- Accurate data entry of training and qualification information into the system.
- Administering and maintaining a comprehensive training and qualification evaluation process.
- Undertaking a long-term project: migrating training matrix information to the company's internal software.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is advantageous, but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Demonstrated experience in training delivery.
- Proficiency in office procedures.
- Competency in MS Office, with working knowledge of databases.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
