3rd Level qualification and evidence-based facilitation skills or 2 years experience of delivering approved and accredited training in a paid or voluntary capacity.Excellent presentation, organisation, and IT skills.Must be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing and delivering community training/education programmes/workshops.Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Ability to recruit participants and achieve objectives and targets within an agreed budget.Flexibility.A full current driving license and/or access to a form of transport which will enable the post holder to carry out all duties daily. , Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (T4T).Mental Health First Aid Trainer (T4T).SafeTALK trainer (T4T).Vulnerable Adults Trainer.Knowledge of Mental Health and Suicide prevention strategies.Knowledge and experience of organising training events.Experience of working in the voluntary sector.Delivery of additional Mental Health or Suicide prevention or Self-harm training programmes.
