A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels is looking for a Training Coordinator to join a busy team in their Slough office on a permanent, full time basis.
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the business by providing support on training programs and ensuring participants receive high quality experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating engaging training sessions for employees
- Assessing training needs and collaborating with department heads
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Developing comprehensive training materials and modules
- Booking and coordinating with external training providers to provide high quality training programmes
Requirements
- Previous Training Coordinator/administrator experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
- Provision of training in a regulated/SOP focused environment
- Passion for continuous learning and development
