Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with a well-known manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a Training Coordinator for their brand new site in Rotherham on a 9 months fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent.
This is a newly created, training role supporting the setup of a brand-new site and will be responsible for developing and implementing the sites training programme ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting an exciting challenge in a fast-growing business with an initial focus on onboarding and inductions.
As a Training Coordinator, your responsibilities shall include:
- Evaluation of training solutions to ensure they meet business needs and improve performance
- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet the business needs
- Select, organise and manage appropriate training interventions which align to the approved training budget
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs and priorities
- Working closely with HR implementing induction, onboarding, training, and assessment processes across the site
- Ensuring strategic alignment of any scheduled training activity with business goals and site objectives
- Ensure all the mandatory training requirements for site are completed on time and in full
- Ensure that all KPI’s and metrics for training and development are accurately captured and are aligned to business reporting calendars

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Training Coordinator who has:-
Previous experience within a Training and Development Role
Strong understanding of current L&D best practice, methods and compliant training material
Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, engineering or logistics environment
