SalaryWe’re currently recruiting for a company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
They’re ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within a customer service position from either an office or retail background.
Typical duties would include:
- Acting as the first point of contact
- Processing bookings
- Liaising with businesses and organisations to coordinate training programs
- Maintaining accurate customer records and communication
The Successful Candidate:
- Experienced IT user and comfortable with MS Office software
- Strong written skills
- Previous office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service experience
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
