This investment creates great opportunities and we are currently seeking a Training Department Administrator.
Position: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday working 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, a total of 37.5 hours per week.
Pay Rate : Excellent salary based on experience.
What does the role entail?
- Reporting to the Training Manager, you will perform various tasks to support the smooth operation of the Training Department.
- Support the Training Manager, MHE Instructors and Process Trainers to ensure that appropriate training is allocated.
- Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring the training database is up to date.
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, uploading documents and preparing relevant reports.
What skills and experience do we seek?
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Admin experience
- Team Player, a great communicator, with a strong work ethic.
