As the Training Manager, you will work closely to identify knowledge gaps, create engaging content, and plan and execute a market-leading training plan, with effective learning interventions to support the onboarding and ongoing developmental training.

- Ensure that new starters, and current employees learn new skills, and quickly develop the knowledge and ability to settle in and become experts at what they do
- Deliver in person training sessions, which include detailed post-course feedback and line manager guidance
- Develop, manage and supervise our induction programmes with the result that new staff feel safe, confident and valued in doing their job as early as possible and that they know how to live the company's values
- Collaborate with senior managers and leadership teams to create and implement talent development processes, identify future talent needs, and provide ongoing support for individual growth.
- Create content and design and agree on delivery methods of training programmes for all new starters and existing employees
- Creating and maintaining a continual learning process based on learner and Hiring Manager feedback, business performance and market / competitor analysis
- Continually monitor the external and competitor markets for best practice in training delivery and development
- Take action to improve the quality and effectiveness of training and coaching
- You will have a track record of both creating training programmes and also delivering face to face sessions in group settings
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification, e.g., Degree in Human Resource Management
- Experienced in new business sales-focused training creation & delivery in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to create training programmes and content to maximise learning potential
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, Public Speaking/Experience delivering webinars an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of LMS/training packages would be desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly experienced in creating engaging and motivational training sessions using blended learning to different audiences
- Able to influence key stakeholders in a corporate environment
- Basic Salary of between £50,000 - £60,000
