Job description

Training Specialist required to join leading Pharmaceutical company.

You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the UK & Ireland training programs. Working closely with key stakeholders to identify the training needs and align on training initiatives and curriculum's that enable the success of business goals and objectives fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Accountabilities:

* Training Program Development: Design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs across UK & Ireland including the on-boarding of new employees, skill development & compliance training. Programs to be tailored to the individual roles and aligned to strategic objectives to deliver the omni- channel customer experience.

* Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct regular assessment and collaborate with team leads to identify skill gaps and training needs within UK & Ireland. Regular analysis of performance metrics and feedback on training initiatives to ensure success against competency models.

* Management of LMS (learning management system)

* Training vendor management: Collaborating with external training vendors and subject matter experts to source training content, programs and interventions when needed. Management of all vendor procurement processes from initiation to completions of projects.

Required skills:

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience in Training and development

Required Capabilities

Creating comprehensive, well structured, blended training programs aligned to specific business needs

Ability to design training needs analysis in line with developed competency models

Proficient in instructional design and delivery incorporating new and innovative learning experiences Strong presentation and communication skills

Skilled at assessing training impact on employees performance

Strong project management skills

Effective relationship/stakeholder management skills
