SalarySOAR is a fast-growing innovative family owned leisure business, and we are looking for an experienced supervisor to lead our Trampoline Park Team.
We want to speak to really enthusiastic customer focused leaders, with a proven track record in supervision, preferably in the leisure, hospitality or entertainment industry, although we'd love to hear from great leaders from any industry. You'll be a Leader who knows how to influence others and who is prepared to go the extra mile to ensure all our guests have a phenomenal experience from the time they check in, to the time leave.
Reporting to the Park Manager you'll lead from the front and by example. You’ll thrive within this fast-paced environment, taking pride in everything you do whilst being a skilled multi-tasker, ready to adapt when priorities change.
What will I be doing?
From setting up to open, to closing after a busy day, from welcoming customers to the allocation of team duties and roles, you'll be court side and everywhere in-between.
You will ensure the successful day to day operation of the venue through a clear process of focusing on people, safety, service and standards. You will have experience in managing operational policies and procedures, ordering and stock control, cash and POS payment systems and leading young people in a small to medium sized team promoting the company culture that is focused on outstanding customer service.
An excellent communicator, you'll ensure your team delivers a first class experience implementing our processes to ensure a professional but friendly air interacting with our customers.

Pay: £22,000.00 per year
