Meraki Talent's fund management client is actively looking for a Project Manager (Transfer Agency) to help deliver a large-scale project. The team are responsible for the management and oversight of outsourced operations carried out by the appointed Transfer Agencies for fund ranges domiciled across EMEA. This includes the management of a wide and varied program of business change initiatives with each of the TA's.
External outsource partners are a key contributor to the end-to-end TA operating model and value chain and therefore the individual will be required to develop, manage and maintain third party relationships, as well as being responsible for the solutioning and delivery of a full programmes of change initiatives with a key TA partner.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager (Transfer Agency):
- Ensuring Business Change deliverables are executed in a timely and controlled manner
- Managing pipeline planning and resourcing of Business Change
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to implement consistent, scalable and controllable service model changes
- Managing and positively developing stakeholder relationships
- Managing and positively developing external partnerships with the relevant functions at outsource partners
- Ensuring service standards are being achieved in respect of Business Change activities
Background of the Project Manager (Transfer Agency):
- Experience working as a Project Manager, Change Manager, or Programme Manager essential
- Experience and exposure to Transfer Agency experience is absolutely essential
- Experience of managing strategic business change including regulatory and operating model changes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
