Title: Transfer Pricing Manager - Deals Advisory Tax

Locations: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Glasgow

My client - a Market-leading advisory - is currently hiring for a TP Manager to join their National leading M&A Tax team. In this role, you will be participating in Advisory projects on all aspects of the UK and international Transfer Pricing regime, such as policy formulation, CTSA documentation, tax audit defence, and advanced pricing agreements, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the M&A Tax wider team as an SME
• Undertaking Transfer Pricing planning and pricing implementation
• Coordinate and Participate in European and International TP engagements
• Supporting clients through all elements of business change and value chain transformation
• Preparation and negotiation of Advance pricing Agreements on behalf of clients
• Assisting clients with tax audits from HMRC and Transfer Pricing defence strategies

Requirements and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA, ADIT) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification.
• Strong exposure and hands on experience on TP Advisory, ideally from a Deals practice setting but not required.
• A track record of managing a portfolio of clients and projects including all aspects of financial and risk management. And deliver excellent results
