We are currently looking for an Analyst to join the Transformation Services team on a permanent basis. This role can be based at either our Edinburgh or Alderley Edge offices on a hybrid basis.
As an Analyst within the Transformation Service team, you will play a key role in collating, analysing, and reporting on all activities associated with building and developing the capability within Transformation. You will be a key point of contact for ensuring effective induction into the team, liaising with our partner Alexander Mann and other Partners on sourcing the best candidates and support our hiring managers throughout the process. You will also work very closely with our Finance Partner and Cost Accountant to ensure that all Partners adhere to the Royal London process and invoices are validated and receipted on a timely basis.

About the role
- Onboard new colleagues to the team across all locations, ensuring that their first experience is a memorable one, including developing an induction plan bespoke to the department and the individual’s role.
- Ensure that all third-party relationships are compliant with the organisation’s policies and procedures, including finances and pre-employment screening.
- Manage the monthly process for ensuring that partner invoices are received, validated and processed on the finance portal.
- Working with the Transformation Resource Manager to ensure that the resource forecast is up to date and accurate and reflects the current view of the team.
- Establish and report on recruitment data to identify trends, optimise processes and make market driven decisions.
- Undertake analysis to compare partners approach to recruitment, ensuring that SLAs are adhered to.
About you
- Experience of data analysis and working with large data sets with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ideally BI.
- Strong analytical, written and presentation skills.
- Good communicator across a range of channels.
- Team-player with an openness to collaborate with stakeholders in other teams across the company.
- Experience of working with third parties and managing SLAs.
- Experience of working within a change or resourcing role, understanding the need for accuracy and confidentiality.
