SalaryTitle: Technical Transformation Manager
Location: Hybrid - One day per week in West Midlands office
Salary: Up to £72,000 + Package
Forsyth Barnes is working with a key client who has an exciting and important role in net zero and fair energy transition for the UK. Our client is focused on developing the energy system of tomorrow while meeting today's energy needs. They are seeking a Transformation Manager to support the Head of Transformation in overseeing Transformation Office activities and ensuring the successful execution of their programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Outline and launch strategic design/diagnostics work to support the Target Operating Model.
- Analytical Guidance: Lead and provide direction to analytics teams to translate insights into briefings for the Executive team.
- Team Development: Coach and develop team members.
- Programme Oversight: Partner with the PMO team to understand Programme progress and risks.
- Executive Engagement: Lead the preparation of SteerCo materials for executive engagements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Senior Stakeholder Experience: Experience working with senior stakeholders, including directors and executives.
- Independent Initiative: Ability to work independently on initiatives with limited guidance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Consulting Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a similar consulting role is strongly preferred.
