Transformation Programme Director

We have an opportunity to join our growing strategic sales team, as a Transformation Program Director. In this role, you will take accountability for the successful delivery of new programmes of work and transitions. This role is a key role in growing our business, through shaping and winning large scale solutions and then delivering these Transformation Programmes.

Hybrid Variable, with a base location of either our Hemel or London offices. Some travel will be required.

What you will be doing:

• As the Transformation Director, you'll drive business development by shaping strategic sales opportunities and challenging delivery solutions to guide and guarantee the success of transformation activities.
• Post contract award and during mobilization, you will own the delivery process, focusing on smooth transitions and transformations as outlined in the bid.
• Your role will include ensuring client satisfaction and revenue generation, demonstrating a commanding presence and securing effective outcomes.
• You'll leverage your extensive network and exceptional partner management skills to foster strong relationships across the organization and with clients, ensuring seamless alignment between sales and delivery efforts.
• In this role, you will be responsible for running project budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining financial disciplines.
• Ensuring delivery governance, you will provide insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of working in a large IT/BPO transformation partner organization.
• Consistent track record of shaping and winning large scale bids, and new client transition.
• Experience of delivering large scale, multi-million pound, complex technology and digital transformation, within the public sector.
• Strong project and programme management skills with the including the ability to translate strategies into clear programmes and projects for delivery.
• Full programme lifecycle from business case and programme set up through to delivery, adoption, and benefits realisation.
• Innovative and impact thinking, in both business operating model transformation and technology.
• Highly customer focused with strong communication style and commercial acumen.
