Transformation Programme Manager
37 Hours Per Week
Circa £68,000 per annum
We're on a mission to revolutionise the way both internal and external customers experience our services. As we embark on an ambitious Transformation Programme, we're seeking a dynamic individual to take the helm and drive change as our Programme Manager.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee and manage our strategic projects, ensuring they're delivered with precision and excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across the organization, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to delivering on our goals. You will receive support from, and line manage, two experienced Project Managers to enable you to meet our transformational objectives.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have demonstrable experience of leading a Transformation Programme
- Be able to communicate complex information in simple terms, both written and orally
- Be organised and detail focussed with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands
- Be an adaptable communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Possess strong analytical skills, using evidence-based practice and data to inform decisions
- Have a collaborative and solutions focussed approach
- Have a strong understanding of project and programme management techniques and methods
- Demonstrate behaviours that align with our five organisational values
