Job summary
Support the development of Project Initiation Documents/Project plansWork with Board members and senior leaders to prepare items for presentationUndertake complex data analysis and provide regular updates on project delivery
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Identify service improvement needs and close inequality gaps• Support information analysis and inform the planning process• Effectively plan the Board scheduler and track key actions• Work on allocated projects to meet strategic objectives• Produce project management documents• Manage risks and issues within projects• Coordinate communication to key stakeholders• Undertake data analysis and review progress against KPIs• Develop and maintain project management records• Provide timely and accurate reports for assurance committees
Requirements
• Experience in project management• Ability to analyze complex data• Strong organizational and planning skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder management• Knowledge of NHS Long Term Plan and strategic objectives
