Salary: £26000
Shift pattern: 2 week rotation - Week 1 6am - 6pm Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday, Week 2 6am - 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Assist with leading and managing drivers;
- Safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's;
- Daily operations issue management and resolution for transport with local warehouse;
- Ensuring and sampling pre-shift checks (yard checks) and the defect process;
- Accident and breakdown management via DHL standard operating procedures;
- Deputise for FLM on calls when requested.

- Experience of working within office administration;
- Strong numerical skills;
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Transport logistics experience would be desirable;
- Supervisory skills - managing individual performance/absenteeism/conflict and development would be desirable.
