TRANSPORT ADMINSTRATION CLERK - WAREHOUSE - TRANSPORT BACKGROUND

Days

We are currently seeking experienced Administration Clerks with Transport/ Warehouse Background, for one of the leading Warehouse suppliers to the drinks industry. Who are the market leaders in the distribution of kegs of beers, wines and spirits.

Candidates will need to be able to meet the following criteria and must have strong Warehouse and Transport Compliance Background also.

Shift Pattern

4 on 4 off Days - Start time - 06.00am to 18.00 pm.

Pay rate 14.01 per hour - Face to Face Interview

• Key Requirements: -
• Previous Transport /Warehouse experience is essential.
• Strong Compliance background for Transport logistics is essential.
• Understanding of GDPR
• Good English.
• Previous knowledge or use of SAP would be beneficial.
• Upbeat personality-Willing to go that extra for the site.
• Use with Microsoft Word Excel -
• Reporting KPIs
• Running Reports. Speaking to Customers / Clients
• Working on your own -Excellent English and IT skills required
• Driver debriefs - good rapport with drivers.
• Understanding of Driver hours / Infringements
• Maintaining All Spreadsheets on breakages/ Breakdowns of Vehicles
• Maintaining Correct Records for submission to Team Leaders
• Working as a team.
• Working on your own within the warehouse environment with Drivers
• Keeping Records up to date on the system
• Reporting to the Team Leaders. Supporting all Managers of the Transport/Admin Team
• Reporting any issues -
• Following Strict H and S guidelines
