Your daily responsabilities:

- Inbound and outbound calls and paperwork flow
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Liaise with managers, ensuring seamless operations.
- Stats & reports? You'll analyze and present stats and reports.
- Filing, you'll keep everything organized and accessible.
