Job Title: Transport Administrator
Location Yate
Hourly rate: 12.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
Duration: 2-months min (temp-perm potential)
A well-established company in Yate is looking to recruit a Transport Administrator to join their team. The Transport Administrator will be responsible for managing supplier collections and final depot deliveries to support the daily transport plan.
Role Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage data related to goods transportation.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer queries promptly and provide accurate information.
• Perform general administrative duties efficiently.
• Maintain system accuracy and resolve data discrepancies.
• Update and communicate business KPIs.
• Work as part of a team and provide cover for colleagues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic administration principles.
• Experience in the transport industry is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to support a department with general administration tasks.
• Team player who can also work without supervision
• Reliable and flexible to work around the demands of the business.
