TaskMaster Scotland is excited to be representing our client in Renfrewshire, who is seeking a motivated Logistics Transport Planner/Administrator to join their operations team. This role involves initially working Monday to Friday for training, transitioning to a four on, four off shift pattern upon completion.

What do we require for our client as a logistics transport planner / administrator:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Valid UK Driving Licence due to site location.
• Proficiency in MS Packages, FTA Gateway/Vision, and Tachomaster.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Enthusiastic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the organisation.

Your duties and responsibilities as a transport planner / administrator will be:

• Efficiently plan all transport jobs
• Prepare comprehensive job packs
• Process material movements accurately
• Ensure completion of all company and client paperwork
• Maintain compliance with VOSA and Working Time Regulations
• Upload and analyse driver information
• Process invoices efficiently
