This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a fast-paced office.
Working hours: The position is permanent and full-time. Working hours: M-F 08:30-17:00 (Morning Shift - 1 in every 7 Saturdays)

Salary: 23,000 p/a
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day coordination of fleet journeys
- Planning efficient and effective routes for drivers
- Liaise with customers to manage contract requirements
- First point of contact for driver queries, including holiday booking
- Site reception and general supportive administration duties
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and admin skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Confident with MS Office packages
- A team player who is willing to support colleagues
- Previous experience within transport, logistics or route planning is advantageous
