Transport & Consumer Service Co-Ordinator

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Transport and Consumer Service Co-ordinator to be the primary contact for a designated group of consumers and stores.

To ensure timely and accurate communication regarding all deliveries, you must possess strong organisational and communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You will be customer-focused and commercially aware, as well as a proficient user of systems. 

As Transport and Consumer Service Co-ordinator you will:

• Collaborate with the fleet team to maximise efficiency.
• Manage daily interactions with carriers, assess their performance using KPIs, and address queries promptly.
• Handle sale contract tasks for specific consumers following internal guidelines.
• Receive and process consumer bookings, arrange deliveries, and coordinate with transport planners.
• Process claims accurately, ensuring all paperwork is completed and recorded properly.
• Enter and maintain accurate and timely information in company systems.
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and accurate communication through the appropriate channels.

This role requires commuting to our office just north of Stamford, accessible via the A1, so you should be comfortable with regular travel.
