Hours: Monday - Friday 05:30-14:00
Duration: Temporary with a view to permanent
Our client are a well-known logistics organisation that require a Transport Coordinator to join their team on a temporary with a view to permanent basis. Immediate start for the right candidate!

Day to day duties will include:
Managing a team of drivers and assisting with any issues that arise during their daily routes
Debriefing and prebriefing drivers
Dealing with a variety of customers via phone and email
Admin and record keeping
Responsibility for unlocking and opening the site
Vehicle defect reporting process
Various other transport related tasks.
As an individual you will be need the following skills and experience:
Confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages
Previous experience in a transport office desirable but not essential
High attention to detail
Strong and confident communicator
Willing to learn
Ability to pick up new systems quickly
Car driver due to location
