Transport De-Brief Clerk

Driving Force Recruitment Ltd operating as an Employment Business are recruiting for a Transport De-Briefer on a DAY Shift for our client based in Winwick Quay,Warrington.

Job details: Shift – Monday to Friday, 1200 to 2000 with a 30 minute UNPAID break daily.

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary - Ongoing

The Criteria & Benefits:

· Immediate start available.

· Pre-Brief and De-Brief up to 100 drivers.

· Warehouse work will be allocated when quiet

· Prepare driver packs, invoice paperwork and store keys to drivers starting their shifts.

· To escalate any delivery issues to the Transport Coordinators and/or Shift Managers.

· Ensure the rota is maintained, updating with driver(s) names, route departure times etc.

· Maintain store keys and ensure their safe and secure storage at all times.

· To raise PO’s for the department for any rental’s or repairs.

· Maintain and be responsible for any databases for the department, including scanning and filing.

Knowledge & Experience:

· Strong administration background

· Strong IT skills, especially Word, Outlook and Excel.

· Experience in a customer facing/reception role would be ideal.
