Salary: £11.66 per hour
Days/Hours per week: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm - total 40 hours per week

We're seeking a Transport Fleet Admin Clerk to support our Fleet and Transport team at our Service Centre in Coatbridge..   • Complete various administration duties relating to the efficient running of the fleet and transport department

Here’s the kind of person that would fit us best:
 
  • Previous experience within a similar administration environment would be highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and EPOD would be beneficial

Key Accountabilities

Operating Standards

  • Achieve agreed productivity levels in specified areas.
  • File all servicing/repair documentation relating to plated vehicles by vehicle.
  • Communicate with customers – VOR / Vehicle bookings / Paperwork updates.
  • File all tachographs on a weekly basis by driver – retain for 12 months.
  • Complete any relevant department control paperwork as required.
  • Complete any relevant admin duties as required
  • Communicate any identified issues with line management.

     Meet all Health & Safety requirements.

  • Ensure housekeeping is to agreed standards at all times.
  • Look after and maintain the PCs in the Transport Department and report any faults.
  • Monitor, log and control UDG procedures
