Job Title – Transport & Logistics Administrator

Salary - £26- 30K PER ANNUM DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

Location – TWICKENHAM (MOVING TO WEYBRIDGE LATER IN THE YEAR)

Hours – Company operating hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. Working hours are 35 hours per week, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. WEEKENDS AND SHIFTS ON A ROTA SYSTEM.

A world class audio rental company supplying high end audio equipment and skilled audio engineers to global music tours, sporting and corporate events.

They are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Operations Team as Transport & Logistics Administrator.  This is a fantastic role for someone looking for a career in Logistics offering the right candidate a chance to showcase their skills – every project is different, and you’ll be working with a brilliant team who specialise in making things happen.

• Must have at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great IT skills and the appetite to become competent with in-house systems is a must.
• A background in the Event and/or Logistics Industry is desirable but not essential.

• The right person for this role will be a great team player with laser-sharp attention to detail and accuracy, who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment and can be adaptable to ever moving goal posts and priorities.
• Educated to A level or equivalent.
