Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Transport Office Administratorin Teynham, Kent
This position is for a minimum of 3 months, after 3 months this role has the potential of becoming permanent.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within a Transport Office or similar environment would be preferred
- Previous experience working in an admin based role
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- The ability to work both as part of a team and independently
The role entails:
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- General administrative tasks including but not limited to, filing, scanning, etc.
- Tracking loads
- Dealing with bookings for different customers, ensuring that all information is correctly recorded
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Dealing with drivers, making sure all information is clearly communicated
Other details:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- 09:00 - 19:00
- £11.50 per hour + holiday pay
