We are now looking for a Transport Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Transport Operations Manager, you will manage the day-to-day site operations of our busy transport department at our Panattoni site in Northampton.
Organising available resources, vehicles and people, you will ensure we meet the operational targets as required and agreed with our customers.
You will also ensure that all legal requirements are met regarding Transport Operations and health and safety legislation.
Additionally, you will:
- Provide effective advice and support for staff
- Monitor performance against budgets
- Ensure all relevant equipment checks are carried out
- Investigate all incidents to identify the root cause and take appropriate action
About You
To be considered as a Transport Operations Manager, you will need:
- Experience leading a team within a similar environment
- A good understanding of business financial data
- A good understanding of IT systems, including scanners and Excel
