We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Liaising with branches and suppliers
Processing Insurance Claims
Maintaining Licence Checking
Maintaining vehicle and MHE training records
Maintaining vehicle file management
Raising purchase order numbers for invoicing.
Experience
Proven work experience as an Administrator
Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
