Trauma Informed Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist - Leadership Opportunity

Salary: £51,000 - £57,000 (dependent on experience) - Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Part-time/Flexible working considered)

Are you a compassionate and creative HCPC registered Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist looking to combine clinical practice with leadership development?

Create an impact as and join us in our Trauma Informed Clinical and Forensic Work, transforming the lives of working-age men within a long-term rehabilitation ward.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage clinical workload within a long-term rehabilitation ward, demonstrating leadership and clinical expertise.
* Collaborate closely with other psychologists, overseeing an assistant psychologist allocated to the ward.
* Utilise clinical skills and trauma knowledge to provide therapeutic interventions.
* Contribute to trauma-informed care through the application of DBT and EMDR; training provided if necessary.
* Develop leadership skills to influence service delivery and enhance patient care quality.
* Opportunity to become a qualified trauma therapist and gain experience in trauma-informed care.


Qualifications and Skills:
* HCPC registered Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist.
* Clinical skills and knowledge in trauma; developmental understanding of individuals.
* Supervision skills beneficial but not essential.
* Desire to combine clinical practice with leadership development.

Working Environment:
Engage with a supportive team of over 20 Consultant Psychologists and 50 registered Psychologists.
