As a Travel Cell Administrator, you will be working within a busy role booking various travel arrangements for your stakeholders.

Utilising your previous experience as either a Travel Administrator or Travel Agent you will spend your time prioritising and fulfilling travel requests.

When you’re not busy arranging travel you will work closely with the Conference Support Supervisor to ensure all conferences being held at the centre are run smoothly.

If you’re a whiz at juggling multiple tasks, and known for being the best at tracking down a travel deal then we want to hear from you!

To be successful in this role, you will need to have GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 4 or above in Maths and English, and at least two to three years’ experience of an office administrative environment arranging travel. You will also need to good computer literacy with a thorough understating of Microsoft office packages.

As well as having a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure, you will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on matters arising.
