Travel Consultant - Japan

Reed have partnered with a global travel business based in Bristol, recruiting for a Japan Travel Consultant.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep appreciation for Japanese culture and a desire to create bespoke travel experiences. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet the needs of new and existing clients.

Day to Day of the role:

Engage with customers to determine their unique travel needs and craft personalised holiday itineraries.

Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through exceptional service.

Manage all booking details to ensure seamless trip execution.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, destinations, and services offered.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and/or sales.

A background that includes living or working in Japan, with a strong passion for promoting it as a travel destination.

Self-motivation and a drive to reach and surpass sales goals.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and maintain accuracy.

Outstanding communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
