Make your mark as a Travel Coordinatorat Gardline!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Travel Coordinator to join our busy team on a 12 month fixed term basis, ensuring our offshore crews and staff safely arrive at destinations on a global scale.
As a Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for providing effective travel administrative support to the entire survey operations, ensuring an optimum service delivery and meeting the needs of our managers, clients and projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Plan and Execute travel provision for personnel allocated to survey vessels and any other company travel requests.
- Arrange booking of Flights, Hire Cars, Accommodation, Taxis, Trains, Ferries and any other form of transport required to meet requirement.
- Provide communication to personnel with regards to travel dates and times.
- Provide communication to personnel about changes to travel and provision of timely information to inform crew regarding travel arrangements.
- Provide direct support and liaison for onshore and offshore personnel regarding travel issues.
- Liaise, monitor and record costs with travel agents for flight information, hire cars and hotel booking.
- Completion of Purchase Orders and Credit Card Expenditure on Company finance systems.
- Provide support to Crewing Officers in the application of personnel visa and work permits.
Your qualities
You can make your mark as a Travel Coordinatorif you have:
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Grade C / Level 2 and above.
- Crew management and/or travel Management qualification. (Desirable)
- Administrative experience
- Industry and/or travel experience. (Desirable)
- Able to demonstrate competency with IT skills.
- High standard of written and spoken English.

- Fulltime job: The position of Travel Coordinator is a fulltime role, 37.5 hours per week offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
