Tasks required by this job includes:
• Create work schedules and give the travel team duties and obligations.
• Organize the work of secretarial, clerical, and other personnel who organize and oversee travel.
• Talk with clients about their preferences and needs for travel.
• Make and verify reservations for travel and lodging in accordance with the needs of the client.
• Inform clients about required health measures, passport and visa procedures, and currency laws.
• Ascertain the amount of money required for travel plans and make sure that financial restrictions are followed.
• Analyze the requirements for personnel, supplies, and other resources for both immediate and long-term travel arrangements.
